Let's face it - I've been posting a number of techno albums lately, some with better reception than others, but I've neglected some of the fine Australian acts solely because they aren't techno. I wish I'd posted this album sooner. One of my favorite Australian bands this decade, The Cat Empire's debut album is a mix of Jazz, funk and a bit of ska.
